Ele and Me Terms and Conditions of Use

When using the words ‘We’, ‘I’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’, on our website, social media, advertising and any other publications we are referring to Ele and Me, the trading name of Sole Trader Andrea Golding. VAT reg number GB 313 4195 29.

When browsing our website or completing a purchase on our website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of use and sale and privacy policy laid out on this page.

We endeavor to make sure that all information is correct and as accurate as possible on our website, however occasionally errors could occur.

Our Pricing includes standard UK VAT (20%, 5% and 0%) where applicable. Any other Taxes or Import duties or postage costs when ordering and requesting shipping to another country is the responsibility of the Customer. Ele and Me accept no liability for any charges that incur from Shipping outside of the UK. Orders shipping outside of the UK will be opened and inspected by Customs and Duty officers.

We endeavor to ensure all pricing is correct on our website, however should there be any mistakes in the pricing of products Ele and Me will contact you by email or telephone at the earliest opportunity to inform you of the correct price and seek confirmation if you wish to proceed with the purchase or cancel the transaction, if cancelled we will issue a refund for any monies paid. If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable time frame (of 7 days) we will consider the transaction cancelled and issue a refund.

We endeavor to ensure our stock levels on our website are correct, however occasionally there may be mistakes. In this instance we will contact you at the earliest opportunity via email or telephone. Often we are able to replenish stock within a few days, however some handmade products are made to order and can take alot longer. If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable time frame (of 7 days) we will consider that you are happy to wait for the item to return to stock and then be dispatched to yourself.

Our Delivery times are approximate and we endeavor to get orders dispatched and delivered to customers as quickly as possible. However, occasionally delivery could take longer than the quoted time scales. Ele and Me accept no responsibility for delays in deliveries that are as result of the actions of the courier companies.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, we accept no responsibility for incorrect details and missing deliveries as a result of yourself providing us with incorrect information.

Ele and me accept no responsibility of any damages as a result of the actions of delivery companies. In this instance we will claim reimbursement of goods from delivery company and you will either be refunded or replacement goods will be sent out once we ourselves are reimbursed.

Force Majeure: Ele and Me accept no liability for any damages, delays, defects, or failure to deliver goods that is caused by any event, circumstance or actions by others that are beyond our reasonable control.

Promotions or Discounts are not applicable to the following brands: Sawdust & Rainbows, Ocamora, One Green Bottle, DUNS Sweden. Whereby we may use a 3 for 2 offer, the cheapest item is free.


Ele and Me Payment Plan Terms and Conditions:

1.       Your first payment of 20-25% is due immediately (taken upon Purchase). Your first payment is a non-refundable deposit and applies to any cancellation of a product, including return, subject to a 14-day grace period in place from the date of commencement of the payment plan.

2.       Your full balance is due within the time frames stated in the payment plan option and it is your responsibility to ensure there are funds in your chosen method of payment account each month for the automatic payment to be completed.

3.       Monthly payments will be debited automatically by our provider (squarespace) on the same date each month or the closest to that date that exists (e.g. if your first payment is 31st January, 2nd payment would be 28th Feb. )

4.        The price at time of Payment Plan Purchase is final. No further discounts may be applied. No flash deals, including temporary raised discounts, may be applied to the payment plan.

5.       Open to residents of UK Only.

6.        Standard Ele and Me shipping fees as at date of commencement/purchase of payment plan apply (Free if total over £30 - use code “CHRISTMASPP” at checkout.

7.        You may Purchase a maximum of three payment plans at a time.

8.        We are unable to offer Priority Shipping with payment plans.

9.        Payment plans cannot be used to purchase clothing.

10.      It is imperative that we are notified of any change of address to avoid any delivery errors. We cannot be held responsible for this not being communicated to us as your payment plan will be shipped to the delivery address chosen at the check-out unless we are otherwise notified by email at customerservice@eleandme.com at least 7 days before final payment is due.

11.      Payment Plans are Stored differently to normal orders so please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your goods, 7 working days for us to dispatch.

12.      We cannot combine payment plans with any other orders or subscriptions. Please Purchase them each individually on a separate transaction through our website.

13.      Payment Plans may be temporarily closed or made limited during busy times.

14.      If a Payment Plan balance is not paid in full, the order will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded, however any amount over the first payment of your deposit will be refunded.

15.      Any unpaid Payment Plans that have passed their due date may be cancelled. All efforts will be made to contact you before that happens. Payment Plans for Christmas MUST be Paid in FULL (final payment) before 1st December, which is why Cut off for purchasing 5 month plans is 30th July and 4 month Plans is 30th August.

16. Ele and Me reserves the right to cancel any Payment Plans without prior notice, we would hate to do this but it may be necessary if for example the stock is discontinued or not available within the time frames, you will be informed by email on the rare occasion that this could happen and you will be refunded in full (including deposit).

17. Ele and Me reserve the right to amend any terms and conditions at any time, you will be notified by email of any changes.

Keeping your personal information safe and secure is our top priority.

We use a secure website service provider (Squarespace). details that you provide us with for ordering and email subscription (name, address, telephone number, email) are stored on this secure server and we do not pass your details on to any third party, apart from in the instance of Drop Ship Products to allow your products to be delivered and you to be contacted by courier company or product manufacturer.

In any instance of a return or faulty product your details may be passed to the manufacturer to allow then to contact you to arrange repair or replacement of goods.

We do not sell your details to any third party companies.

  3. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, Bundle or Sale/Discounted Items or excluded products/brands.

  4. One Discount code can only be used at once on one transaction.

  5. Discount codes may be used on the website only unless stated that it can be used in store.

  6. Vouchers/discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  7. You must present/Enter the Discount code at the checkout, before payment/completing the purchase.

  8. No alterations to orders can be made after the order has been placed. if you wish to cancel your order please email customerservice@eleandme.com. If your order has been dispatched we CANNOT cancel the order without the products being returned to us for a refund.

  9. Ele and me reserve the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  10. Ele and Me reserve the right to end or alter the promotion at any time, without notice.

  11. Any returns on orders using a discount code will be refunded for actual amount paid. If you wish to exchange, please return product for a refund and repurchase new product through our website.

  2. The code and discount MUST be applied before checking out.
