Packaging
Here at Ele and Me we strive to be environmentally friendly. We reuse as much packaging as we possibly can, even making smaller boxes out of larger ones and getting creative with our fillings. So even if you receive something that has some plastic packaging somewhere in/on it the likely hood is it has been received by us and we are reusing it, maybe it is able to be recycled in your household waste or please, if you can, reuse again like we have done. Every little helps reduce waste into landfill.

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day if ordered before 12pm, however on occasion and at busy times this can be delayed and delivery times will be affected/longer. All delivery times are approximate.
Delivery Charges:
1st Class Delivery (1-6 Days) UK Mainland + Northern Ireland
Our Standard Shipping option is £4.95 for Royal Mail 1st Class or Yodel Courier for Heavier deliveries.
Estimated delivery times are 1 to 6 Working Days. We dispatch Normally within 24 hours and expect your parcel to arrive speedily after. However, occasionally there could be delays with processing your order for dispatch. We cannot control any backlogs or delays that occur with our couriers after your delivery has left our building.

FREE* Christmas Storage! Shop for Christmas all year round. We store your orders for you all together and dispatch to you when you request by email to customerservice@eleandme.com . Please add a note to your order stating *Christmas Saver* and choose collect in store at the checkout to avoid postage charges. Please allow upto 14 working days for delivery before Christmas. *FREE Delivery applies if all orders total equals over £50.

International
We are currently exploring international delivery, if you wish to enquire about ordering outside the UK mainland please email or contact us via our contact form for postage costs.
Sawdust & Rainbows Products Delivery - Free Delivery. These products are Dispatched directly from Sawdust & Rainbows on a Drop Ship service direct to our customer (as we are a small business with only a small storage space) These products aim to be dispatched within 10 working days stock dependent. They are delivered via DHL for larger items or smaller items via Royal Mail. You will receive a dispatch email when your items have left the Warehouse.
- Postage thresholds are after any discounts have been applied.
- These delivery times are approximate and we really hope that you receive your order a lot quicker.
- Please contact 10 days after you receive your dispatch email if your parcel has not arrived and we can look into this with The Post Office for you, however parcel claims cannot be processed until after 14 working days.
Returns
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your purchase and being a valued customer of our small family business.
We want you to love your purchase/s, however occasionally products are disliked, wrong size, or not what you thought it would be.
If you are not completely satisfied, please CONTACT US via email or our contact form with your order number and details of the product you would like to return within 14 days for a Refund or Credit Voucher*. Then Return the product to us via our postal address within 14 Days.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected
We accept returns with receipts, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging or with labels intact in a re-saleable condition.
Unfortunately the return postage is at the customers expense and we cannot refund your return Shipping costs (unless faulty or sent in error, please see faults below).
We will NOT accept products to be returned if they visibly look used, worn or have been washed or labels removed.
* Swimwear, underwear, nappies, hats and hair accessories, cosmetics, household items, toiletries and personal products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund for the value of the discount.
Refunds are processed by us within 5 working days of return and reliant upon item inspection. Refund speed depends on your payment method and the third parties refund policy/process (please read t&c's of Payment Processor before purchasing). We expect all refunds to be completed by payment merchants within 21 days, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: Many of our products are handmade and due to that nature there may be slight variations and imperfections - this is not classed as faulty, it is the nature of the product. Natural wood can come with markings, knots and blemishes.
Product Faults
Not very often, but sometimes there can be a fault with products or mistakes in picking and packing, please CONTACT US within 7 days and we will do our best to rectify the situation, in this instance we will pay return postage.
If you fail to notify Ele and Me within 7 days of receiving the goods, Ele and Me shall have no liability of any faults or defects and you, the consumer, are bound to pay for the goods.

Exchanges
We will exchange goods purchased online in our store, at our discretion. You MUST provide a copy of Proof of purchase in person in store. Please contact us if you wish to do this. 01328 712201, customerservice@eleandme.com .
If you wish to exchange via post, please contact us via email first, postal exchange delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
